The friendly staff at Shortis Cycle & Tri are willing to work with individual competitors and teams to find the best option for the delivery and collection of assembled bikes. Please call or email them to discuss which option best suits your needs.
Options might include:
- Deliver or send your bike to the Shortis Cycle & Tri shop in the week prior to the event. Your assembled bike can then be collected from the shop in Tweed Heads or collected on site at Festival Village from Wednesday 9th September;
- Bring your bike with you to Festival Village from Wednesday 9th September and Shortis Cycle & Tri staff will assemble your bike on site;
- For teams or groups with multiple bikes requiring assembly, please speak with Shortis Cycle & Tri staff about collection and delivery from your team hotel.
